| Comments: | Unique cabochon with unusual color distribution, cut from typical ‘hour glass’ amethyst from Morocco, first appeared on the market in 2009. The rough used for this cabochon was a doubly terminated quartz crystal with a double phantom of amethyst in the form of a “hourglass”. Also hematite inclusions as narrow red stripes in the colorless central zone. |
